Mr. Nadeem Naqvi is the Managing Director of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NCCPL. He has been nominated to represent PSX on NCCPL Board.
Mr. Naqvi holds the degrees of M.B.A. in Finance and B.Sc. with honors in Banking and International Finance from The City University,CASS Business School in London, United Kingdom. He brings with him thirty one years of rich work experience in the global financial services industry operating in diverse environments of Middle East, North America and Europe besides that of Pakistan.
Prior to joining the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, Mr. Naqvi was the Chief Executive Officer of a leading asset management company in Pakistan. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of AKD Securities Limited which he helped transform from a proprietary business into a full-scale investment banking and brokerage firm and in the process, gained company's recognition by the CFA Association of Pakistan as the best domestic brokerage house for two consecutive years in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Naqvi also served as Chairman of the first technology venture capital fund of Pakistan and oversaw the completion of several ventures by successful exits.
Economic & market analysis and research has been the hallmark of Mr. Naqvi's career. He has led an independent investment research firm in USA/Canada, Investology Inc., which was ranked by 'Business Week' in 2004 as the third best out of 300 independent research firms in North America. Before that, he headed the Merrill Lynch Pakistan research team. He was also the Head of Research of the Investment advisory company of Morgan Stanley Asset Management's Pakistan Investment Fund for four years. He commenced his career at the Bank of Credit & Commerce International S.A. in London in 1982 and served there till 1990.
Mr. Naqvi has been involved in landmark investment banking transactions, including the privatization of Kot Addu Power Plant, National Refinery and United Bank. His association with the capital markets is also longstanding where he served in committees of KSE and was a member of the Capital Markets Committee, Economic Advisory Council of the President in the last decade.

Mr. Muhammad Lukman is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP), a qualified Corporate Secretary and a certified director from ICAP.
He joined the Company in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2006. He has twenty six years enriched and diversified experience with national and multinational companies. He started his career with A.F. Ferguson & Co., (a member firm of the PwC global network) in assurance services and also worked in their tax services. He has served as a member of the Financial Impact Team in Coca Cola F&N Singapore and also served as Finance Head in Rhone - Poulenc Rorer Pakistan Limited. Mr. Lukman has also served Central Depository Company (CDC) as Head of Finance in 1997, and during his tenure, along with reorganization of the finance department, also initiated the trusteeship operations.
He has represented NCCPL on various committees formed by Capital Markets, Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (“SECP”). He has also represented NCCPL on the Legal and New Product Development Committees of Asia Pacific CDS Group (“ACG”) which deliberated the drafting of different Regulations of the Asia Pacific region. He has attended specific trainings and workshops on Capital Markets including training organized by US Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington DC.
He is also a member of the joint evaluation committee of ICAP and ICMAP and has been a keynote speaker on various forums conducted by these professional bodies. Mr. Lukman also patronizes the Toastmasters Club and supports various education, training & development initiatives.
Mr. Muhammad Yasin Lakhani holds the degrees of B.A. (Hons.) and Masters in International Relations and is currently the Chief Executive of Lakhani Securities (Private) Limited.
His previous experience reflects his involvement with the capital markets of Pakistan as he has held the position of President/Chairman of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, during the years 1994, 1998-99, 2001 and 2005. In addition to above, he has been elected as director of PSX during the years 1969, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1990, 2009, 2010 & 2012. He has also served as Chairman of Advisory and Arbitration Committee, Administration Committee, Rules & Regulations Committee, Taxation Committee, Company Affairs Committee and Defaulters' Committee of the Exchange for various terms.
Mr. Lakhani was the member of Pakistan's delegation in the Investment Conferences held in Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore and London. Also, he represented Pakistan at the Asia Pacific Forum on Securities Market Regulations & Supervision, General Assembly of the Euro Asia Stock Markets and Capital Market Forum of Islamic Countries. He was the member of Committee on Code of Corporate Governance formed by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Mr. Lakhani has been instrumental in setting up the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), where he served as Chairman and member of their Board also. He is credited for introducing Investors Account Service in CDC in 1999. He has been a founder member of National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) as well.

Mr. Ahmed Chinoy is one of the elected directors on the Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. He is the Managing partner of Arch Group of Companies and is engaged with overseeing various businesses in different sectors such as security investments, textiles, real estate and poultry.
Mr. Chinoy is qualified from Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (I.C.M.A.P) and holds a graduate degree in commerce from University of Karachi.
Mr. Chinoy is a prominent figure and got the esteemed chance to serve the society in different capacities in the field of crime issues, business, education, health and social services. He also served as the Chief of Citizen Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) from the years 2010 to 2015. Mr. Samir Ahmed has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, including Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets and Financial Regulation. Presently he is the CEO of Knightsbridge Capital (Private) Limited, specializing in financial consulting and advisory services, since May 2015. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the Suleman Dawood School of Business at Lahore University of Management Sciences.
Mr. Ahmed did his M.Sc. (Management) from London Business School and B.A.(Economics) from the University of Chicago.
Possessing a thorough understanding of capital markets Mr. Ahmed was the CEO of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange from August 2009 to September 2012 and Managing Director of former Lahore Stock Exchange from 2001 to 2004. In between, he worked as the CEO of IGI Investment Bank Ltd for the period from 2004 to 2009.
Besides working in Pakistan, he has also worked in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions. Earlier he has engaged as Senior Advisor to Dubai Financial Market, on behalf of Government of Dubai from 1999 to 2001. He also spent 5 years in the equity brokerage industry, including the period from 1995 to 1998 when he headed the equities business of ING Barings in Pakistan.
At PSX, besides being a director on the Board, he has also been nominated as PSX’s nominee on the Board of National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited and as member of Voluntary De-listing Committee, Investment Committee, Taxation Committee and Trading & Commercial Affairs Committee of the Board.
Mr. Naveed Amin joined LSE Financial Services Ltd. on June 8, 2016 as its Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) possess considerable experience in the corporate management coupled with the sound operational experience at the helm of affairs of three Non-Banking Financial Institutions (2009-2014). He had been the Chief Executive Officer of Grays Leasing Ltd., Invest Capital Investment Bank Ltd. and SME Leasing Ltd.
Before joining LSE Financial Services Ltd., he was the Director Communication and Business Development of JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company Ltd.
In the year 2014, he was the Senior Vice Chairman of NBFI and Modaraba Association of Pakistan. Presently, he is also a Director in First IBL Modaraba and a Member of Lahore Tax Bar Association.

Inayat Ullah Niazi is currently serving as Director Nishat Paper Products Ltd, Security General Insurance Co. LTD, Nishat Hotels and Properties LTD (Gulberg, Raiwind and Aziz Avenue), Pakistan Aviators and Aviation Pvt. LTD and Nishat Energy LTD. He has also served on Board of Director of D.G. Khan Cement Company Ltd and has a vast experience of working in management of Nishat Group of Industries. He holds a B.Com Degree and is also qualified CA (inter).

Mian Ayyaz Afzal is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of the Islamabad Stock Exchange ("ISE"). Mian Ayyaz Afzal has vast experience of capital market as well as real estate market. He has served CDC as its Head Islamabad Branch during 1996 to 2005.
He has served JS Abamco as Vice President and also worked as Chief Capital Market Operations in a brokerage house. He has been providing consultancy services for new real estate development projects. Besides, NCCPL, he is also director on the Boards of CDC, PICG, PMEX and JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company. He holds master degree in Economics from North Eastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He has been nominated to represent ISE on the Board of NCCPL.

Mr. Mansur Khan is the Managing Director of Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company (Private) Limited ("PKIC"). He has over 25 years of diversified experience, and a proven track record in Development/Commercial/Investment Banking. He has done Masters in Business Administration (with distinction) from Pace University of New York, USA.
He has also served as a President / CEO of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Bank Limited, and Managing Director of Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC), and the Sudanese Microfinance Development Facility (SMDF). Mr. Khan has international experience of working in Asia, Africa, USA, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Pak Kuwait as Managing Director, he was associated with Weidemann Associates Inc, a Crown Agents USA, Inc. Company. Mr. Khan was a fighter Pilot, in the Pakistan Air Force from 1970 till 1978.

Mr. Mohammed Naeem is the Company Secretary of PKIC. He has served PKIC for more than fourteen years and gradually rose to the position of Executive Vice President. His work experience includes the fields of Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting and Corporate Secretarial Practices. He has also worked with A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of the PwC global network).
Besides being, Commerce Graduate, he is fellow member of the ICMAP and associate member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants PIPFA. Apart from various courses from local and foreign institutions, he is also a 'Certified Director' from PICG. He has also completed the Certification on 'Board Evaluation Techniques' from ICAP.

Mr. Rehmatullah Khan Wazir, a BS-21 officer, currently holding the position of Member (Inland Revenue-Policy) at Federal Board of Revenue, Revenue Division, Islamabad and brings with him rich professional experience, spanning over 33 years, right from Income Tax Officer, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Departmental Representative, Commissioner Inland Revenue (Appeals), Commissioner IR (Audit), Zonal Commissioner IR, Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue to Member (IR Policy).
He has undertaken a number of professional and management related training programs like the Senior Management Course, and the National Management Course at the Staff College, Lahore and other short-term training courses both in Pakistan and abroad.
Mr. Rehmatullah is a hard-core professional tax-collector who qualified CSS in 1982 and after the initial training in the Civil Services Academy and Directorate of Training & Research (Income Tax) Lahore, he was posted in the Income Tax Department at Karachi in 1984. He has the distinction of serving in various capacities in the corporate zones dealing with cases of companies/corporations for over a period of 22 years. He also worked as Director General (Broadening of Tax Base), FBR, Islamabad. During his illustrious career he was declared as the best Additional Commissioner and has also got more than fourteen meritorious services rewards.
Presently as Member (Inland Revenue-Policy), he is heading the Inland Revenue Service, the single largest service cadre in entire civil service of Pakistan. As Member (Inland Revenue), he is responsible for formulation and interpretation of tax policy relating to Income Tax, Sales Tax, Federal Excise, CVT law and relevant rules. Being a head of IR Policy, he is also engaged in formulation of budgetary proposals and drafting of Finance Bill. He also deals with all issues relating to Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreements Multilateral Conventions, issues relating to money laundering and vetting / concurrence in article on taxation in different international agreements and conventions.
