NCCPL is looking for Head of Network Management Group – Information Technology

REQUISITES

Education: BS/BE or equivalent from HEC Recognized University

Experience: At least 7-8 years of relevant experience

Competencies:

• Hands on experience of working on Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Huawei devices in live environment, preferably under a Corporate organization.
• Strong in network solution sizing, designing, installation, configuration, and theoretical principles.
• Experience in running a mission critical network under state-of-the-art data center.
• Able to work and negotiate with vendors to finalize the right network solution for the organization under a growing environment.
• Well-versed in network operations, troubleshooting, performance tuning site-to-site connectivity; and experienced with L2 and L3 protocols implementation and monitoring tools. Implementation experience in VPN solutions such as site-to-site, dialup, SSL, and others, as well as network security under Unified Threat Management model (UTM) and other security features like sandboxing, IPS, NGFW, SD WAN, DLP, Secure Web/Mail Gateway etc.).
• Vendor Certifications for Routing, Switching and Security to better correlate the current Network infra structure design in line with acceptable standards and best practices.
• Network Administration and Desktop/System level knowledge for better interpretation of security technique implementation at node level.
• Able to lead the team and help them in establishing a network, knowing the requirements of the organization and the clients, and ongoing development and identification of training needs for team members. Exposure to cloud roll-outs and security shall be a plus.
• Have expertise in systems documentation and establishing policies and processes as per company standards.
• Awareness to ISO standards such as ISO-27001, 22301, 20000 etc. will be desirable.
• Good communication skills. 
• Be initiative and take proactive approach.
• Should be able to work under pressure and lead team.
• Should be optimistic and have problem solving approach.
• Automation capabilities and quick learning skills.
