Academically, Mr. Humayun holds an Engineering degree and has completed various business management and leadership courses from Institute of Business Administration (“IBA”), IBM Academy NY, INSEAD France and Boston University, USA. He is a certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (“PICG”).
Mr. Humayun brings 40 years of diversified experience with IBM in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and MEA headquarters Dubai. He was Country General Manager & CEO of IBM Pakistan for 16 years where he started multiple new lines of services businesses. He introduced various technology solutions for banking, capital markets and telecom sectors. He is also engaged with Incubators, Fintechs Ecosystems and serves on Startups and others' advisory boards/roles.
Mr. Humayun had earlier served as independent director on the Boards of SILKBANK, Pakistan Oxygen Limited (formerly Linde Pakistan Limited), Karachi Port Trust and Export Processing Zone Authority. He was elected as President of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the year 2012 and as President of the American Business Council for the year 2011.

Mr. Lukman joined the Company in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2006. Ferguson & Co., (a member firm of the PwC global network) in assurance services and also worked in their tax services. He has served as a member of the Financial Impact Team in Coca Cola F & N Singapore and also served as Finance Head in Rhone - Poulenc Rorer Pakistan Limited. He has also served Central Depository Company (CDC) as Head of Finance in 1997 and he during his tenure, along with reorganization of the finance department, also initiated the trusteeship operations.
Mr. Lukman has represented NCCPL on various committees formed by Capital Markets, Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (“SECP”). He has also represented NCCPL on the Legal and New Product Development Committees of Asia Pacific CDS Group (“ACG”) which deliberated the drafting of different Regulations of the Asia Pacific region. He has attended specific trainings and workshops on Capital Markets including training organized by US Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington DC.
Mr. Lukman is the first Pakistani national appointed as an expert advisor of Shanghai Institute for Real Economy, a research based institute and a think tank. He has been a keynote speaker on various forums conducted by ICAP and ICMAP. He also supports various education, training & development initiatives.

During her career with the firm, she has been involved in a number of significant and groundbreaking transactions starting with the employee buyout of Exxon Chemical Pakistan Limited and more recently the acquisition by Total Parco Limited of Chevron Pakistan Limited and routinely works on M&A transactions. She is a ranked lawyer in certain prestigious legal journals such as Chambers Asia Pacific (and Global), the Legal 500 and Asialaw Leading Lawyers.
Ms. Aliya has contributed to several legal publications as the co-author of certain publications such as the Pakistan Chapters of "Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions" (Kluwer Law), "Getting the Deal Through - Oil Regulation 2008" and "Global Renewable Energy Guide 2012" (Cakmak Avukatlik Burosu). Mr. Farrukh is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer of PSX. He is an experienced entrepreneur and a leading business and financial advisor who has advised on many landmark transactions. In his 30 years' tenure, he has held senior positions with Acumen in Pakistan & the UK, including Country Director & CEO, Pakistan, Senior Director Business Development, Chief Business Development Officer and member of the Management Committee. He was the founding partner and CEO of BMA Capital Management Limited. Under his stewardship, BMA established itself as the leading investment banking group in Pakistan and received several international awards, including the 2010 Euromoney award for the best investment bank in Pakistan. His experience includes lead managing the US$813 million GDR offering and London listing of OGDCL, Pakistan's largest listed company, and successfully advising Etisalat on their $2.6 billion acquisition of Pak telecom, the largest mergers and acquisition transaction and the largest foreign direct investment in Pakistan's history. Mr. Nadeem Naqvi is the CEO of Habib University Foundation, Karachi. Mr. Naqvi holds the degrees of MBA in Finance and B.Sc. with Honours in Banking and International Finance from the City University Business School in London, United Kingdom and completed his High School (GCE A-Levels) from Dover College, Dover, England. He has passed CFA Level II Exams. He brings with him over 40 years of work experience in global financial services, operating in diverse environments of North America, Europe and the Middle East, besides that of Pakistan.
Mr. Naqvi was Managing Director of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) from 2011 till 2017, when he took early retirement and resettled in Toronto, Canada. During his tenure at PSX he oversaw and guided massive transformation of the stock exchange and Pakistan’s Capital Market. Some of his key accomplishments included: implementation of demutualization of the stock exchange; integration of three stock exchanges of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad and emergence of the Pakistan Stock Exchange as the single capital market in the country; launch of internet/wireless trading platform; advocating with MSCI and international portfolio investors for Pakistan inclusion into MSCI Emerging Market Index and successfully managing the process; playing a key role in divestment of 40% equity stake of PSX to institutional foreign investors. Under his tenure the revenue and profits of the Exchange grew from Rs.692 million and Rs.50 million respectively in 2011, to Rs.1,477 million and Rs.277 million in 2017.
During this period, he was also the Chairman of the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) and guided the transformation of NCCPL into a full Central Counter Party (CCP) with its own risk management capability as well as introduction of electronic capital gains tax calculation and recovery for the Federal Board of Revenue of the Government.
Prior to joining PSX, Mr. Naqvi was the Chief Executive Officer of an asset management company. Earlier, he served as CEO of AKD Securities Ltd., a leading corporate stock brokerage firm in Pakistan which he helped transform from a proprietary business into a full-scale investment banking and brokerage firm. The Company gained recognition by the CFA Association of Pakistan as the best domestic brokerage firm for two consecutive years in 2006 and 2007 under his tenure. Mr. Naqvi also served as Chairman of the first technology venture capital fund of Pakistan (TMT Ventures) and oversaw the completion of several ventures by successful exits at I.R.R. ranging from 35-40%.
Economic & market analysis and research have been the hallmark of Mr. Naqvi’s career. He led an independent investment research firm in USA/Canada, Investology Inc., which was ranked by ‘Business Week’ in 2004 as the third best out of 300 independent research firms in North America. Before that, he headed the Merrill Lynch Pakistan research team. He was also the Head of Research of the investment advisory company of Morgan Stanley Asset Management’s Pakistan Investment Fund for four years from 1996 – 2000. More recently, from 2017 – 2022, Mr. Naqvi was involved in financial and real estate advisory business in Canada.
Mr. Naqvi has participated in landmark investment banking transactions in Pakistan, including the privatizations of Kot Addu Power Plant, National Refinery and United Bank Limited. He is a BS-20 officer of IRS and currently holds the position of Member (Inland Revenue-Policy) at FBR's Revenue Division. As Member (Inland Revenue-Policy), he is responsible for formulation and interpretation of tax policy relating to Income Tax, Sales Tax, Federal Excise, ICT CVT & Sales Tax on services laws and relevant rules. Being a head of IR Policy Wing, he is also engaged in formulation of budgetary proposals and drafting of Finance Bill/Ordinance.
Mr. Afaque brings with him rich professional experience, spanning over almost 27 years, right from Probationary Officer, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Additional Commissioner, Commissioner of Income Tax and Chief Commissioner, Inland Revenue to Member (IR Policy).
Mr. Afaque has undertaken a number of professional and management related training programs like the Senior Management Course, and the National Management Course at the Staff College, Lahore and other short-term training courses both in Pakistan and abroad. He holds Master Degrees in Economic Policy from Boston University USA and Business Administration from IBA Karachi. He firmly believes in continuous professional development.
Mr. Afaque, a hard-core professional tax-collector, who qualified CSS in 1994, was posted as Assistant Commissioner in the Income Tax at Karachi in 1996 after completing initial training in the Civil Services Academy and Directorate of Training & Research (Income Tax) Lahore. He has the distinction of serving in various capacities in the Large Taxpayers Units, Companies Zone and Regional Taxes Offices Karachi, Multan and Hyderabad dealing with cases of companies/corporations for a period of over 25 years. During his illustrious career he was declared as the best Additional Commissioner and has also got more than fourteen meritorious services rewards.
